Disabling Users
Disabling a user while they are logged in to CxEngage can cause multiple issues and may result in problems with interactions assigned to that user. Before disabling a user, verify that they are currently in an offline status.
To disable an active user:
- Verify that the user is currently offline.
- Access the tenant that the user is being disabled from.
- Go to User Management > Users.
- Click on the user to open their user details panel.
- Click on the user status toggle beneath the user's name to disable it.
The toggle will be green to indicate active, and change to gray when disabled. - Click OK on the confirmation message that appears.
- Click Submit .
