Disabling Users

Disabling a user while they are logged in to CxEngage can cause multiple issues and may result in problems with interactions assigned to that user. Before disabling a user, verify that they are currently in an offline status.

To disable an active user: 

  1. Verify that the user is currently offline.
  2. Access the tenant that the user is being disabled from.
  3. Go to User Management > Users.
  4. Click on the user to open their user details panel.
  5. Click on the user status toggle beneath the user's name to disable it.
    The toggle will be green to indicate active, and change to gray when disabled.
  6. Click OK on the confirmation message that appears.
  7. Click Submit .
